What to expect

 1. Clear, Honest Pricing
You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for — no hidden fees, no surprises.

If the work takes longer than expected for the requirements agreed at the start, no additional costs will be made; if the work takes longer than expected due to changes by the client then additional costs may be incurred depending on the complexity required. This is a fair and balanced approach.

Pay by instalments: 25% of proposed project price for draft designs upfront. At this point you are free to take the designs for any reason. If you wish to proceed, 25% to bring the amount to half the project cost to build the full site with the agreed requirements. Your site will be built on my hosting until sign off, and upon payment of the remaining 50% to launch the site on your own hosting services and domain name. 

You will have full site support from me for an additional 30 days of ongoing support to make sure everything runs smoothly.

2. Straightforward Communication
I’ll tell you what’s happening, when it’s happening, and what I need from you without jargon or confusion. If there are any issues causing unforeseen delays, I’ll tell you. If I ever make any mistakes, I’ll tell you. Accountability is important.

3. Real Ownership
When your website is finished, it’s yours. Full access, full control, no strings attached. (Although you do have the option of a monthly website support & maintenance Care Plan, and bespoke retainer agreements)

4. Respect for Your Time and Money
I only take on projects where I believe I can genuinely add value. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you before you spend a cent.

5. Ongoing Support (If You Want It)
After launch, I’m available for updates, questions, and support with my monthly or annul paid Care Plans: no mandatory long-term contracts, just honest help when you need it.
