* Support (Phone/Email/Video): Up to 1 hour per month included for answering queries, troubleshooting minor issues, or talking through concerns. Additional time charged at €50/hour (or discounted at €45/hr for annual plan members).
** Custom Training Videos: Up to 30 mins per month for short, tailored walkthroughs. Requests beyond this may be chargeable depending on complexity and amount of requests.
*** Disaster Recovery Support: Even if you have regular backups with your existing web hosting, these backups tend to be stored on the same server as your website. Even though professional web hosting companies will have redundancy built-in to their servers, once a month I will make a copy of a backup and store it off-server in my own encrypted storage. Should your site be inaccessible and your web hosting company can’t revive it, I will work urgently to help you setup shop on a live service – please note that costs for that alternative hosting aren’t included as you can choose your own or use my recommended provider. Some aspects of this, like domain name propagation may take some time which is outside of my control.
