ADHD-Friendly Design:
Low-Stimulation, High-Focus
Some spaces are too noisy. Too bright. Too much.
This one isn’t.
If you live with ADHD or just get overwhelmed by noise and distractions, you’ll find this space thoughtfully minimal: the space is specifically designed to support peaceful productivity.
There’s no open-office chatter. Just light rain, an abundance of greenery, and plenty of natural light.
It’s a low-stimulation, neurodivergent-friendly workspace made for deep focus.

Climate Refuge Workcation:
Escape the Heat. Work in Cool, Calm Air
If you’ve ever tried to focus during a heatwave, you’ll know why this matters.
From May to October the Atlantic winds are their calmest, and the temperature here rarely rises above 20°C. That means no stifling heat, no need for air conditioning and no incessant hum to drive you to distraction. Purely fresh, breathable air and the soft sounds of distant nature while you work. Perfectly peaceful.
Escape the summer heat.
Work in a cool climate.
Find comfort, connection, and a supportive environment to think.
When you need to take a break from device screens, there is ample space to stroll outside, with two ponds, trees and a selection of wildlife to catch glimpses of throughout the year.
