What to expect

 1. Clear, Honest Pricing
You’ll always know exactly what you're paying for. No hidden fees, no surprises.

If the work takes longer than expected for the requirements agreed at the start, no additional costs will be made; if the work takes longer than expected due to changes by the client then additional costs may be incurred depending on the complexity required. This is a fair and balanced approach.

One monthly cost which covers:

• Web hosting
• Refreshed web design
• Ongoing security and website software updates (monthly)
• Content updates starting from 1hr work a month
• Optional training for yourself and/or staff if required

Exact monthly price will depend on how much content updates you feel you need a month, how often you want features added/changed. Major changes requested, for example adding online shopping to a brochure site, will take considerable additional time and management, and we will need to adjust the monthly pricing accordingly.

2. Straightforward Communication
I’ll tell you what’s happening, when it’s happening, and what I need from you without jargon or confusion. If there are any issues causing unforeseen delays, I'll tell you. If I ever make any mistakes, I'll tell you. Accountability is important.

3. Real Ownership
When your website is finished, it’s yours. Full access, full control, no strings attached. 

For as long as you are paying the monthly fee, your site will be fully managed. After that it's all yours.

4. Respect for Your Time and Money
I only take on projects where I believe I can genuinely add value. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you before you spend a cent.
