Practices for better websites.

Good web design is not simply about making a website look attractive. It is important to help your site visitors understand where they are, what your business offers and what they should do next while giving them enough confidence to take that step.

Here I write about web design, user experience (UX), suer Interface design (UI) and user journeys throughout their visit to your website. I cover topics and tips with WordPress, Divi 5 and the practical realities of owning a website. You’ll find straightforward explanations, my own considered opinions, honest comparisons and occasional tutorials, written for business owners as well as fellow website builders.

Sometimes the most useful answer for any question on web design is, “it depends” but I’ll explain what it depends on in the published articles.
